How to add a new member to my organization?

To add a new member to your organization, navigate to the Team section in your Potlee merchant account. Click on the "Add new member" button, and enter the team member's mobile number. The member should already have a Potlee merchant account to be added to the organization.

What roles are available for team members?

Team members may be assigned one of the following roles: Administrator, Member, or Developer.

What is the difference between Administrator and Member roles?

An Administrator has full access to all sections and can perform any action within the merchant panel. On the other hand, a Member has restricted access and cannot enter certain sections such as Developer and Settings, and is limited in performing certain actions.
